07/21/06 Big updates to the site! First off we have the addition to the store (the "shop" link above) of the ARGO COMICS PIN-UP SPECTACULAR and POTLATCH 5. This site has a new home page brought to you by the awesome art of Brad Green ( www.bradgreenart.com ) and the colors of marvelous Carlos Montanez and dynamic Dan Richards all of whom can be found in the ARGO COMICS PIN-UP SPECTACULAR (Carlos lent his incredible inks to the Weaponaire pin-up). Also featured are pin-ups by by Bill Maus, Franchesco!, Tim Vigil, Tom Burgos, Louis Small Jr., Frank Dowd, Kevin Mccveigh, John Hebert, Mike Leeke, Jonboy Meyers, Chris Rich-Mckelvy, Hoa Phong, Andy Macdonald, and more! Art by the dynamic duo of Dan and Carlos can also now be found in the gallery. The gallery also now contains a new unpublished piece by Tim Tyler (Blood Reign, Devil Jack) and the site's former opening shot drawn by myself, Dan Sehn and colored by the one and only Dead Dog. Also added to the gallery is a great illustration of Team North America's Wilde by Rolo Ledesma.
06/08/06 Argo Comics was a big hit at Wizard World Philadelphia! On hand was publisher Dan Sehn and artist Dan Richards providing comics, sketches, and merriment at the Argo Comics table. Debuting was the Argo Comics Pin-Up Spectacular with artwork by attending mega-talented artists Franchesco!, Tim Vigil, Andy Macdonald, John Hebert, Frank Dowd and Isa Richardson. Top notch talent like Pat Carlucci and Darrell O'Riley of Hotinks.com, Joe Pekar, Robert Atkins, Kevin Townson, and Jim Califiore were also on hand for the festivities. Plenty of costumed characters were in attendance so click on the thumbnails below and enjoy.
